  2. By accessing or using the "Service," you agree to be bound by these "Terms." If you do not agree, you may not use the "Service."

Article 2 (Definition of Service)

The "Service" provided by the "Site" includes, but is not limited to, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) data provision, Dark Web Intelligence Monitoring, and Attack Surface Management (ASM) scanning services, accessible via the website and related APIs.

Article 3 (Membership and Accounts)

  1. Users must register for an account (Email, Password) to use the "Service."
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this "Service."

Article 4 (User's Obligations and Warranties - ASM)

  1. When using the Attack Surface Management (ASM) functions, the "Member" warrants (guarantees) that they have explicit ownership of, or lawful authorization to scan, all assets (e.g., domains, IP addresses) submitted to the "Service."
  2. The "Member" is solely responsible for any and all legal liability, damages, or claims arising from scanning assets without proper authorization. The "Site" assumes no liability for the "Member's" use of the ASM function.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

The "Member" shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Any act for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  2. Violating Article 4 (Unauthorized Scans) by scanning assets you do not own or have permission to test.
